The Importance of Eating Breakfast


Do you know the importance of taking breakfast and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast give you energy to start a new day and can prevent from feeling weak. Besides that, it improved concentration in the classroom and give strength to do activity.


 Eating breakfast is part of a healthy lifestyle that includes making wise food choices and balancing calories with exercise.Our body is like a car  that it needs fuel to run, and the better you look after your body, the longer and better it will run. Our bodies must be fuelled several times each day so that we function efficiently and carry out our daily activities . In the morning, after many hours without food, it is good to refuel back to provide the  nutrients and energy to get to start a new day. If you do not eat breakfast  you will feel tired and dizzy that your concentration is very weak.  


If you don't eat anything in the morning, you will crave for something sweet to eat, as your body is very hungry.  It is also possible that you may become so hungry that you grab twice as many unhealthy snacks to eat before lunch. So you should eat breakfast because it replace the reserves used up in the night.



The conclusion is, breakfast is very important for everyone to start a new day. Take your breakfast and you will feel the energy in your body.

   Professor Grande Covian, a well-known nutritionist said, " Going without breakfast is a bad habit . By mid-morning, those who have not taken their breakfast are less efficient and are not able to concentrate well. This may explain why they obtain low grades in their studies. They are more tired, accident-prone and irritable than those who have eaten breakfast. So, it is very important that you have a well -balanced breakfast. It provides you the energy and nutrients to make you healthier and keep you alert for the day ahead.
