Oh My English

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone! How are u? I hope anyone that read my post are fine. :0 You must be wondering why is my title is OH MY ENGLISH! ok I want to tell how I learn English and to improve our English. DO you know that at first I really don't know anything at all about ENGLISH! but then I still learn to improve my English. Here's the story mory of me. For the first time ever I thought that English is Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy! So whenever that my teacher told me to do an essay I was like ok SOO easy. You know what I do I translate Malay to English essay! When it was a due date I gave my essay and the teacher said that MALAY CANNOT translate into ENGLISH!! My bad~ So, I learn from my mistake and I keep asking the teacher how to improve my English. The teacher said that read a lot of books in English, watch English movies and keep doing exercises. I do what the teacher had advise to me. So that's all about that and "As the saying goes Practice makes Perfect" and keep practicing so that we don't repeat the past mistakes~

HI again!
First time I REALLY HATE ENGLISH! but what can I do everyday I still learn English and day by day I started to LIKE ENGLISH and I keep doing exercise. after I kinda discover English I LOVE it. You know English is useful! For example if your dream is to study overseas you have to speak English and English is famous all around the world. Beside that, EVERY country use and learn English! Another thing is you can improve your English by speaking English everyday, it's OK if the grammar and vocabulary is incorrect as long you try your best! Insyaallah if you practice everyday your English is getting better!!  I find a  website that you can learn English   http://www.ego4u.com/en/cram-up/learning Oh ya~ do you know that there is a program about English and that is OH MY ENGLISH! That program is also good to improve English. I suggest that you can watch Oh My English! that program is funny, comedy and excellent I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

The Precious Month is here!!

Ramadan Mubarak  :)

Asssalamualaikum and HI everyone! It's been a long time I did not write in this blog after my last post about Go SMANILAI. right~ This post I am going to write about Ramadhan the month that muslims are waiting for. >3! So, today ( Saturday, 21 July 2012) all muslims start fasting.

Do you kow what is fasting? Ok fasting is to stay away from eating, drinking and things that can invalidate(cancel)  from time of dawn until sunset time. So know you know what is fasting. Every morning before the dawn I have to wake up to eat so that there are energy for today daily activities and that's called "sahur". My family and I wake up and eat so that we are not weak. Ramadan is a precious month from all the other month. After Ramadan all muslim celebrate Eid- Ul -Fitr ( Aidilfitri) .!!Eid ul Fitr is a celebration after fasting~~ ok talk about Eid-ul-Fitr later . So HAPPY FASTING TO EVERYONE!!

Assalamualaikum.

Hye, Good morning everyone! How did you feel after sahur? Are you still hungry? Never mind. Just ignore your stomach. Ok, this post I want to tell you the farewell party for Ustaz Amin and Ustaz Azlan.

Ustaz Azlan taught 2G "Kemahiran Hidup Beresepadu" and ' Pendidikan Sivik dan Kewarnageraan". Ustaz Amin taught us 'Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan'. We did the farewell party after we recite the Yaasin on Friday. And I forgot to tell you. Me and Ainaa got A in the mid-year examination of KHB and we get some gift from Ustaz Azlan.  Want to see our picture? Let's go!

Ramadhan was coming..

Hye, there! I haven't write any post since I was at the hostel . How did you feel? Did you miss me? I love you all . Yeah!!. Ramadan was coming again. I was very-very happy that Ramadan was coming. It came once a year and it means I am getting old. Poor Hajar! You're getting old too, guys. As you know, Ramadan is the holy month. I bet you all why I describe Ramadan as a holy month.

I have to wake up early and get sahur every morning. Can I do it?? OOO.. I wake up early in this morning and after that I sleep again. Hahaha.. I don't know why I am laughing. I don't feel tired fasting at this year.
My mom said I was growing and growing and that's why I don't feel tired. Okay, guys. I want to get bath and waiting the azan prayer of Maghrib. My cute stomach was starving and it sang a rock song. Happy Fasting, muslims.

When I have free time I would surf Internet, riding a bicycle, read books and playing badminton.

Today is boring day and I had nothing to do. Usually this day I have to go to school, but there a thing that block me to go to school. Thanks 2-Alghazali and hostelians ane not forget the wardens because had take care of me yesterday. My head feels very hurt and it is not migraine. I felt on the floor and there I felt like rotten jack fruit. Hahaha. Very funny you, Hajar. The floor was very slippery and I had felt down and my head got hurt. Ouch..  There was a big swelling on my head and it's feels dizzy.  Thanks mom  because had take care me too. I love you all.

Modern Invention

  
Our Assignment!

   Last week Ms. Nadiah gave form 2 Al- Ghazali 3 tasks to choose any modern invention and present it by using a PowerPoint slide show. My group had to conduct a survey whether people like to use google or not. We got a week to finish our slide show.



    Firstly, my group choose Google and then we made a survey and asked them based on our questions. After that, we were suppose to write a report after we conducted a survey. In our slide there supposed to be the uses, advantages and disadvantages and our report.



   We choose Google because it is useful, contains a lot of information, you can find a word you don't know and translate the words. After a week it is time for my group to present it. It was quite easy and we showed our classmate about Google. After we finished presented it Ms. Nadiah correct our spelling and grammar and our classmate gave their comment toward our presentation and our slide show. We learnt something and we will do it better for the next time. After all my group and I enjoyed doing the PowerPoint together and we got a new knowledge about Google.

Sport Day

     

An Excited Day!!

      Every school celebrates its Sports Day and all the children look forward to. My school Sekolah Menengah Agama Nilai has its Sports Day every year sometime in the month of July. When this day is about to come, there appears to be a lot of activity in the school. Weeks before the Sports Day, children start giving their names for different events, and then, after the school hours, practices start. The children, who do not participate in any events, get other duties of the like of making  lists of games and participants. On 1 July 2012 Sekolah Menengah Agama Nilai had a sport day. I woke up in the early morning to get ready to go to USIM's stadium. All students must get ready at 7:00 a.m to go to USIM's stadium. After an hour we all arrived at the USIM's stadium. We started the event about 7:30 a.m. until 12:30.



       The day starts with the usual Assembly and then, all of us are instructed to go to our house places. All the houses got their own mascot. For an example green house was a Soldier, yellow house was a Harimau Malaya, red house was a Thor and blue house was a Captain Muslimin. Next, the marching begun and then we had a silat performance by our headmaster Mr. Jamil. After that, one by one the events take place in a very well disciplined manner and the winners listed and made to stand on the Victory Stand and cheered by their team houses. For me I was in a green house so I cheered for my house.

         The games and sports last for about five hours and then comes the most interesting moment of appreciating the winners by awarding them gifts and prizes. This is the ultimate moment of pleasure for winners when loud clapping and shouting of cheers, they get their rewards for their good work - from the headmaster. After all thw winners had been said it was time to say which house was the winner. So, the teacher said the fourth place was yellow house, third place was blue house and second place was the red house. That means GREEN HOUSE was the WINNER. My friends and I was sooo happy that my house won again for this year !!!



Lastly, we went home to take a rest after a tiring day after all. Some students went home with happiness and some with sadness. It's okay as long we all try hard to get our house to win. As the saying goes, hardworking is the way to success!! Even though I am not a very good in games or sports, I just love this day and look forward to it through the year. The thrill, the excitement, and then, the pleasure of winning are all moments worth seeing and enjoying. I really enjoyed on the sport day !!   :)
